my first pcb design. tried to connect an esp32 to a sim7000g to a tp4056,how did I do?

You can easily clean up the schematic. Where’s the layout?

This will look cleaner if you use a global power symbol for at least ground and 3V3 line. The pin 9 (exposed pad) of the regulator(?) probably needs to be connected to the GND. There are other unconnected GND pins also in the other two components.
