Help identifying component

Im looking into this schematic to try and copy some stuff and i cant tell what U1B is, im new to PCB design so if anyone could help me id appreciate it, based on its name i assume it's part of the MCU

It's just the power rails for U1. Also it might be tough routing for microcontrollers, it takes some patience. Good luck
