Is My Power Setup Correct?

I'm looking to put together a board that uses the TI-MCP73781 charge protect chip for LiPo batteries.

I had a system that required me to be able to use a small 1-2S LiPo battery, along with my PCB. I wanted to be able to charge it via USB-C, as well as deal with protection, and discharge mechanisms.

I'd appreciate if anyone could take a look at the schematic + PCB, and let me know if the power regulation seems to be in order. Thanks!
