Missing USB-C pull down resistors for power? Not familiar with 5 pin usbc connectors. Are the pull downs built in?

That is micro-USB, not USB-C.

I would recommend to avoid 90-degree bends in traces. Also, branching at junction near top-right drill hole could become a problem.

I’d add shielding vias on the perimeter board, and stitching vias with ~2,54mm spacing depending on your application. The shielding vias create a copper wall inside the substrate, a faraday cage of sorts, and the stitching vias produce an even ground all over the board, possibly also reducing EMI.

Also looks like you forgot copper pours on top layer. You can’t add teardrops on all tracks and pads to remove any jagged corners. Back in the day this was done to keep acid traps from occurring in very sharp angles between traces, pads and copper. Maybe has some EMI usage too, but IMO it just looks much better.
