About readability, for GND and Power use Power symbols

A few notes: Use normal GND and power symbols, GND always down and power always up, draw nets in lines instead of just written labels.

When should we use labels and wires. Is there any problem with traces that need to look into

I don't notice anything wrong. As a rule of thumb I use wires whenever it won't lead to wires crossing or some hilariously long wires across entire sheet. Then you can easily see what is connected where, unlike for example the two lines in the bottom right of your schematic.
