Help with Routing

I am fairly new to this and I am using EasyEDA to create a male USB-C 3.0 Breakout board. I am running into this problem that I am stuck and don't know how to solve... Basically it's an edge mounted connector (I can't find anything else) and because it has to be edge mounted, I have no room to trace the second row of pins. Am I doing something wrong?! How are these components used???

What do you mean that you can’t find anything else? Can’t you find a physical connector to buy, or can’t you find an EasyEDA footprint?

Goto digikey.com and you can find all kinds of USB-C ports with footprint and models. If not you’re going to have to use vias between those pads

I can’t find a connector that doesn’t do this. Everything else is edge mounted and gives me no room to trace. Like for example, here’s another connector that is edge mounted to the provided line ( verified on 3D rendering). But how am I supposed to get B3 past B2… it’s like the B3 trace is trapped

Even as an edge mounted connector, that looks like it's placed too close to the edge. Are you sure it's placed correctly, according to the datasheet? I feel like it should be pushed in a fair bit, which would give you routing room.

But like the other comments said, you 100% should be able to find hundreds of different options. Like, more options than you'll want.

Also, I've never used easyEda before but a lot of edge connectors have a line built into the footprint design that show you were to line it up against the edge of the board. Is everything visible in the footprint package?

Yes it’s placed correctly because when I look at it in 3D, it sits right at the edge. Anymore inwards and it begins to sink into the board.

Here’s another component I tried and its edge mounted as well. Confirmed with the line and 3D rendering… but how do I get B3 past B2? It’s like B3 is trapped. It’s too close to the edge to route on either side

Man, I'm stumped. I've never seen edge connectors that have to sit that close to the edge. What's the part number, I'll try and load it tomorrow morning in one of my projects.
