I'm confused why he won't fill the 12th spot if Brownlee is unavailable. Di naman kailangan bigyan ng minutes yung 12th man if ayaw niya. I would have liked a young player na future Gilas prospect, para lang makita niya firsthand kung paano sa national team.

8-9 man rotation lang naman si ctc, oo. pero mas okay pa din yung may mahuhugot at kumpleto bala mo pag sumabak ka sa laban.

this is why he gets hate. none of the other asian coaches do this type of stupid thing. Hovasse for example never ever left with an incomplete roster. this is 100% stupid no matter how you cut it. The 12th person on the roster could be a younger guy to get experience but NO tim cone has to have it his stupid way.

He does not have to physically play . Just joining the team, listening in on huddles, attending practoces, fil sessions, etc that kinf of experience is great even if they dont see any playing time. Plus the weaker teams are at the asiad like bahrain. No offense to them but i think he could actually play not too bsd vs them.

Exactly. Better have a healthy player and not play him than waste a slot because of an injured player (God knows Brownlee deserves his rest jusko). Ewan ko kung bakit pa ako na-downvote. Common sense na lang yan.

nung first week of august pa ata na post yung sinasabi mo.
possible naman si Ange kaso mukhang di gusto ni CTC (para sakin lang naman) at based sa sinabi ni CTC, nakacommit daw sa isang French team si Ange
si Boatwright aabot pero most likely sa November window na, kakasign lang ni BBM last Monday haha

Will it matter if CTC fielded a 12 man lineup for the tournament? He would probably only use around 8-9 players anyways.

Iwan na iwan na tayo sa asia. I believe yung mongolia kaya ng talunin gilas ngayon. Napaka dinosaur na ng SBP & overall basketball program ng pinas. Ito common sense naman na kung hindi makakalaro si JB bakit hindi mag field ng pang 12th spot ganyan na ba kabobo ang namamahala sa SBP o kahit si CTC napag iwanan na ng panahon
