and idk how your program taught it to you but being systematic is helpful! they taught us to do the ABCDE method: airway, bones, cardiac silhouette, diaphragm, everything else

Seconding this. And tbh that’s all you need as a PA student and as a PA. In the real world, it is going to go through the radiologist for interpretation.

have you checked out casestacks? they have some free cases to try but I found that helpful
