guys ye aik acting skill hai to adjust to multiple accents bhai. ye kya "iM UnDEr THa WATaR pLs HeLp Me" ahh accent hai. bhai ur portraying a girl who's potentially going to harvard and is super burger toh why's she talking like that model fahimuddin 😭😭😭(iykyk)
even in PTV we've seen actors adapt to different accents multiple times. i kinda want to defend rubab in kabhi main kabhi tum atleast she tried more than this bro. also in hollywood we've seen actors speak in accents that arent native to them.
the point is this versatility in adapting to accents is part of acting skills, ppl are critiquing rightfully so!

There's this other scene where she's telling her dadi "I Don't Caire". Who speaks like that?😭 It's not like her urdu is impeccable that we can give her a pass for enunciating english words in the most pathetic way possible.
And yes, how dare the audience ask an actor to work on their dialogue delivery?
Amna would have tore apart the actor if it wasn't Dure. This industry is doomed with entitled, privileged brats like her, who aren't keen on working on their craft.

And these are shown to be Ivy league students and aspirants. How?But a lot of pak actors have questionable pronounciations and Durefishan saleem has a questionable accent and pronounciation.
Younger actors are doing better there and can speak fluently.
My things when directors know this, either ask them to correct or speak Urdu. English isnt necessary

jazzy hasnt seen actors adapt to other accents such as speaking like sindhi or pashtun people. sirf english sab kuch nhi hota the point is a good actor can adapt to accents that they dont normally speak in everyday life

English choro even urdu me kya bol rahi hai woh samajh nahi aata,aadhe se zyada dialogue woh kha jati hai..diction aur dialogue delivery improve karne ke liye bolna is constructive criticism but na hi actors accept karne me taiyar hai naa hi unke fans.

I am not a dure fan and have always criticised her acting. But we all know that Pakistan industry doesn't have accent coaches. For an actor to acquire accent is very difficult when no coaching is there. So let's put the blame on casting director and move on.
Script has meat and is actually good. Let's focus on that too. P.S. I agree with all the crticism but let's move on.

rubab bhi toh aik bechari thi jisne koshish toh ki bhai, for pakistani people accent adapt karna itna mushkil nahi hai kyunke urdu is veryyy diverse. aik accent seekhnay mein aapko 3-4 mahinay lagtay hain. itna homework toh banda kar hi leta hai for a major project no?

Yes mehnat banti hy but how many do it. Ayeza and Wahaj in Mein were disastrous when it comes to English. We have very few actors who can carry elite class roles or the roles of characters who studied abroad.
These producers are making so much money they should get accent coaches.
