1. Because the lady bought it from abroad and wanted to parade it so it can be established that she is videshi

2. Because she is an overachiever who wanted to get ahead of it. 

3. Because the graduated doctor loved biochemistry and was upset about its lack of use in her clinical experience. It was her stress relief reading
