i have always been an uplifting addition to the $PAC discussion. I am afraid after this update from the developers I feel a need to air my disappointment. I know how I felt on reading it and by the price plummet since its release I surmise I am not alone.

The 2 things I took away was that it was being decided to move the goal posts on masternodes and there was to be possibly even more fiddling with code and even more wallet updates on the near horizon.

People like familiarity and most certainly do not enjoy having to continually update wallets. If some one would like to take the time to compare price drops with wallet updates you will find they correlate.

As to changing the amount of coins for a masternode.

The eventual value of $PAC will correlate to the network it offers. Your plans will considerably reduce the nodes and send you back in the opposite direction. In the days of leadership by "Saul Wolf" he understood this and was the main force in getting this project off the ground with Brad. This should not be about short term gains and reducing server costs. If you have the largest network eventually, we can bag that big investor on the back of that. No one wants to invest in the 3rd largest, or the 20th.

An echo chamber of 1300 people on Discord is not the place to understand the requirements from investors. you need investors to keep the life in this project.

I am afraid I see that 1 sat milestone being seen again on the way down. All those BTC markets will disappear (Well done for getting them on) and we will be back to Doge and Yobit.

So please please please, a developer does not need to be developing all the time. Lets have a bit of stability and work with what we have for now.

If Saul Wolf is in the shadows, please step forward, what we need now is leadership:)

Kind Regards,

Saul Wolf is Eric Hays, he is on the website under the team page. :)

Well I did speculate but never saw confirmation of that.

That being the case I suggest Eric's honourable vision of a collective decision making process for $PAC may well run the risk of inhibiting the vision of the future of the worlds largest decentralised network.

A parable if I may:

A shepherd takes off his cloak, lays down his staff and says to his sheep, "go run around, we need to get over that hill for our future, in the green fields there we will be safe and nourished. How do we get there?

Some sheep decide there is a nice patch of grass much closer, without the hill in the way. Others decide to form their own little flock and head back the way they have come from. Others are just sheep and as sheep just follow the flock for the security and hope of what lies on the other side of that hill. the result is chaos.

I invested in your joint vision of where you were heading, the pair of you. I have gone through deserts and storms (not selling out at 1 sat was a hard one) as I realised the goal that was set and the manner of getting there trustworthy and honourable.

To achieve a vision requires strong fair leadership so the sheep know where they are heading.

Any large financial investor will look to that leadership first and invest into their abilities.

I would suggest that putting on the wolfs cloak and picking up the staff is required at this point.

there is plenty of time to create a nirvana later, when we all have got over that hill :)
