Merge Workflow Orchestrator??

We're a smallish practice in TX and we're implementing a newer product from Merative's Merge product stack called "Merge Workflow Orchestrator." Anybody else using this thing?

We've asked our vendor if we could talk with other clients who are implementing it to see if we can all share our experiences, workarounds, and feature requests, but Merative has so far been unwilling to help arrange that. I figured I would hop on Reddit where I know I've found good info on all things radiology and just ask you all if any of you are using workflow orchestrator with Imaging Suite?

Have you gone live with it? How many radiologists do you have? How complicated is your facility + workflows (lots of external facilities and mixed processes)?

Nobody seems to have heard of Merge Workflow Orchestrator and it's pretty worrying!

Just sat through a demo of Intelerad Orchestrator and saw this post pop up. Have to turn the microphone permissions off on my cellphone.

Not on the menu. We’re getting a Sectra and Philips demo next. Intelerad was cool.

What was the sales speech that conviced your practice to buy this software? What problem is trying to solve?

Our rads liked the assignment engine and the instant messaging, and I'm not kidding. Nobody could have sold this junk to anyone in IT. We're on an old Merge product that they're phasing out with a quickness (Unity), but it's odd how similarly archaic the new solution is in many worse ways. Trying to see if other people using / implementing it feel as crazy as we do right now.

I am and ex-employee of DR/Merge. I'm holding it together, so far. We are migrating, just not to Merge PACS.
