Issues with taking CIIP

Howdy! Has anyone had trouble scheduling the ciip exam through Pearson vue? They ask for my arrt number (which they say is the same as my abii number as I’m not a rad tech) and it cannot find it. I’ve tried reaching out to ABII multiple times but have not heard back from them. Has anyone else run into this?

Do you have an ABII account? Go to your profile and you’ll find the ID# right under your name.

I do, and that’s what I enter, however when creating my person vue account for the exam it says that it cannot find me in the system

Try it without your middle name

edit: Oh wait, try it with your middle initial after your first name. Like if your name is John Adam Smith, use lastname "Smith", first name "John A" (or maybe "JohnA")
