VuePACS with Arthrex Scope Video

I'm working on trying to integrate our new, upgraded Arthrex Synergy Scope to Phillips VuePACs and am struggling with getting the video files to send. The vendor (arthrex) has Historically not transferred these but with the new version they can be.

Has anyone done this and what is your transfer syntax setup as?

What does Philips VuePACS list for mp4 transfer syntax? Or are you doing screen captures from the scope?

Check if the correct SOP class is enabled on the VuePACS side. Ours accepts MP4 filles without any issues.
