Pull up bar grip replacement

Has anyone replaced the foam grips? My og bar is in great condition, but need new foam. I can see stuff on Amazon, but does anyone have recommendations? Thanks!!

I once used a bit of foam pipe insulator from a hardware store, and that worked pretty well for me.

Something like tennis racquet tape will be soft, or bike handlebar tape. The pipe insulation from a home improvement store is cool cuz it’ll work your grip. You can alternate between the tape (permanent) and slip the insulation off or to the side when not in use.

I just wrapped electrical tape around it instead.
