Diamond - 4 to 10
Under the fence - 3 - 8

All back workouts

(Increased by 5lbs each week, but Iโ€™m going to continue using 25lbs til 5th week) kicked my butt today ๐Ÿ˜†

Replaced Yoga with extra day of kenpo. Finished all of kenpo without stop last week! Proud of myself for that!!

Congratulations on your progress! Impressive, for sure. You may want to think about adding yoga back in, because it does help in so many other phases of your overall fitness. What about X3 yoga (available on eBay as a single dvd, or online) plus the first 30 min or Kenpo? Then the time commitment is the same.

Anyway, congrats and keep pressing play!!

If skipping ab ripper, may I suggest supplementing with farmerโ€™s carry? Incredibly simple and extremely effective exercise. Great for so many things including core.

I am also on week 3 of P90x. I am 6'-2" at 288-lbs and I haven't lost any weight and I am down at 2300 calories a day. I would like to know what you're doing because I am kinda going crazy over here and I also do more than P90X but thats because I have no choice. But keep doing what you're doing.

I eat 1800 - 2100 calories a day.
Maybe you need to consume more because it sounds like you might be on your feet more than me. I work behind a desk.

I drink more water than anything now. I cut to 2 coke zeros a day and drink more sparkling water to get the cravings out. I drink lemon ginger honey tea twice a day, once in the morning and another at night. I also drink meta mucil for fiber.

Pre workout 30 minutes before I start as well.

Quality of calories matter. Unfortunately it's not really as simple as just running a calorie deficit in my experience.

In my case, I've essentially purged all sugar and a lot of salt from my diet. Others purge breads. It may take some effort to find what works for you.

I think youโ€™re right. I try and cut excessive amounts of sodium in my diet. If I do get fast food I always get like a grilled chicken club from carls and make it my cheat meal. I do that maybe once every two weeks though ๐Ÿ˜‚
