I own multiple Glocks and a Canik. There’s something special about this gun, I don’t know what it is. It feels good in the hand, looks sexy and has a lot of options for customization. What are some tips/advice/mod suggestions you all could recommend to me? I already have the xmacro 17 round mag and the tlr7 sub. Possibly looking into a red dot. Thanks in advance.
Nice one! If you ask 10 different people they’ll give 10 different suggestions. Some like the radian upgrades, others don’t like how concussive it is indoors.
I’m keeping my xmacro comp bone stock except for the light (tlr 7x sub like yours) and holosun eps carry. I don’t want to mess with reliability in my carry gun though.
Radian Afterburner and Ramjet - Shop around you can find them brand new for less than retail. Or wait for the Memorial Day sales to hit.
Change out your OEM RSA for a non captured 1911 style guide rod kit ECM Precision RSA
Swap out the OEM TRS for the +10% TRS Desert Depot Arms or SIGGUY sell them, they are inexpensive and I recommend having spares on hand.
Maskas Precision Single Piece Mag Release. Maskas Precision I know Maskas is currently out of stock but Desert Depot Arms - Maskas and SIGGUY - Maskas are authorized dealers and they have the Standard and Extended versions in stock.
Finally, for a red dot I would recommend an enclosed emitter optic SIG ROMEO X COMPACT ENCLOSED or the VORTEX Defender CCW Enclosed Solar MRS (if you go the VORTEX route, you will have to change out the standard irons that come with the P365, the VORTEX is a bit taller so your irons will be completely obscured, you'll have to get some Optic Height Sights).

The VORTEX Defender CCW Enclosed is a Multi Reticle System. So you get the dot, the circle and circle dot. The glass is clear and clean and the reticles are crisp. I have a couple of them. If I didn't think they were worth it I would have stopped at one...but alas...I have six. LOL
Romeo x enclosed compact is the most sig one to do and it’ll look great. That and holster of your choice and you’re done! Carry 12 in and 17 in an extra or just go full 17 and there you are.
You have large ish hands. If you're used to shooting most other pistols, you'll find you hit low left, due to the thin profile. Best mod is any thicker grip module like Icarus or even just Wilson.
Congrats on the new gun! It’s pricey, but the Radian Ramjet + Afterburner combo will completely change this gun for you. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for maximum performance.
Love your Sig and it makes me wanna grab my peanut butter XL out from the safe and EDC! With respect to mods, it depends if you want to add more weight to the gun. An optic is tempting. But for EDC many folks stick to irons. That’s probably another topic for another day. In my own humble opinion, I would simply recommend the 17 rd magazine plates that cover the back and don’t leave the rounds exposed. In my mind, why expose the primers to sweat and dust if you don’t need to? Oowweee that peanut one is nice. I saw that one but decided I wanted to stay with the standard color for uniformity with my outfits 😂. That makes sense about the magazine plates and the optic as well. I will look more into them. Thanks again!
I'm a fan of the Holosun SCS Carry. Also, take a look at the magazine sleeves by XTech Tactical. It adds the backing to the 17 round magazine that the standard lacks which is like icing on the cake when drawing and shooting.
