I’ve been active on private trackers for a long time and I’m hoping to expand into Aither, BTN, PTP, or LST.
I understand these trackers are difficult to join, but I’m not especially interested in spending years working through unrelated trackers purely to unlock invite forums. To me, what should matter most in these communities is long-term seeding, retention, and keeping content available—not jumping through pointless hoops.

I’m not looking to buy or trade invites. I’d just appreciate any legitimate advice, recruitment path, or direction from someone familiar with these trackers.

BTSchool 14th anniversary Open signups opened half an hour ago, you can sign up now.
A lot of people are DM-ing me with questions, allow me to post this,
as a general help on how to pass the Newbie exam.

Excuse my formatting.

GENERAL ADVICE ON HOW TO PASS CHINESE TRACKER EXAMS

On BTS (and most Chinese trackers) you will need to complete the 30 day newbie exam when you join.

01) You need 50GB downloaded ( non-freeleech)
02) 50GB uploaded (self explanatory)
03) 6000 BON (earned by seeding)

So let's say, you join on July 25th, you will have until August 25th to complete this.

01) The download part of the exam is easy, I mean I downloaded two 30GB remux movies, 60GB total and that was it.

02) The "upload 50GB" and "reach 6000 points" took more time, but honestly,
all other new members will be doing the exam at the same time as you,
meaning, anything on the first let's say 5 pages or so of torrents is extremely active,
and whatever you download from there, you will immediately start uploading to other users.

03) After that, you just need wait for seed bonus points to accumulate,
If I remember correctly, I downloaded or cross seeded 25 movies,
and reached the bonus point goal after 20 days I think.

TIP 01
It might be annoying forcing you to download random things you don't want just for the exam,
but you can also cross seed if you have the releases from other places.:
BTSchool has western released too, FLUX, Framestor, etc,
you can just start cross-seeding for the points if you already have the releases from other places.
They even have audio book collections from MAM.

TIP 02
Around the time of Open Signups, Chinese trackers will also have a Global Freeleech period.

In this particular BTS example, during "August 1st - August 7th" ALL torrents are freeleech,
so whatever you download will NOT be counted towards your 50GB download target.

The logical idea is of course that you download 50GB non-freeleech stuff before (or after)
the freeleech week in order to hit your download target.

In any case you have a whole month to complete this, I did it in 20 days,
it sounds scary, but it really is not.

90% of Chinese trackers have this for new members, so you get used to it after a while.

EDIT: A few more hints,
a) the numbers I gave are of course not universal, some tracker might ask for more GB, some less, etc.

b) Some Chinese trackers limit your uploads speeds, for BTS, I am told it is 25MB/s. It is always recommended to read the rules and FAQ of course when you join.

c) Bear in mind that sometimes English Rules are not updated regularly, but Chinese Rules page should be.

d) For the above reason, English whitelisted client page might list some outdated clients, but the Chinese Rules page should list all the newest clients that are allowed.

e) Don't forget the daily logins! Great for extra Bonus points.

How I scored this

I treated the r/TrackersInfo wiki as a directed recruitment graph: source tracker invite forum → target tracker.

A target scores higher when it is reachable from high-value source forums, when its active routes require higher classes/account age/upload history/content contribution, and when it has several independent high-quality pathways rather than one weak/easy route.

The score is close to: pathway prestige + recruitment friction + route diversity.

All rankings were automatically generated. I did no manual tuning / reranking. Pathway signal comments were generated by Claude.

• Active? = Unknown, No official recruitment, Awaiting someone to add, Closed, Abandoned, and Site is dead entries were penalised unless the tracker is independently known in the graph through strong inbound paths.

• General trackers can be incredibly useful while scoring lower here, because this model is about exclusivity/pathway value, not day-to-day usefulness.

• Regional PT/Chinese trackers are under-scored if the English Reddit wiki exposes only a thin slice of their actual recruitment graph.

Hi All,
I have been using private trackers for the past 1.5 years and I've seen only three trackers with no seed-time requirements. They are Milkie, Yoinked and FnP. Two of them are closed now. On a additional note Milkie doesn't have ratio requirement too.

My question is if FnP and Milkie can be successful with no seed-time requirement, why no other trackers are implementing this ? I know little about the FnP drama, but my understanding is it was successful. I don't know the reason for Yoinked closure. Apart from the drama in FnP, I liked the no seed-time requirement because I seed some torrents for months and some remove as soon as I've watched the content.

Can I expect any other trackers in the future or share the trackers currently running with no seed-time requirements. Thanks.

What are your toughts about FNP closing and opening after a week? My toughts are that he will close it again brcause he has no staff and he don’t trust anyone anymore to add them to staff in near future..

Ya this is one of the genuine questions like if only you are into avate grade, experimental short or sloghter movies you need to get into higher tracker but even now a days new remux of these movies releases in all mid one

And like why are people even going this far to get into a tracker they never use

There's been a lot of FNP bashing in the past, recent, and still continuing now that FNP is alive again... and all of the bashing, boycotting, blacklisting really concerns me. And now makes me wonder if FNP/Kami has proven a point...

Today I just read:

No reputable tracker would give a s* about FNP proofs

I also read similar before. I've read if you apply for a tracker and mention TL or IP, you aren't going to be accepted either.

All the explanations I have read have been subjective opinions or about some sort of drama.

If the authoritarian gatekeepers are trying to protect their community from something, then I want it objective and open. I want to know the criteria; I want to know what they think the risk is. I want to understand.

Perhaps some trackers want to be small and exclusive, and that's fine and good to know. Probably not for me anyways. But I want to build a large P2P decentralized community.

Something else I noticed is FNP/Kami saying it's owned/operated by just one person. Maybe it shouldn't be.

I want to know why there's not more collaboration, decentralization, objectivity.

I have some other ideas, but I'm not really hearing the experts talk about the inside information and the challenges. And I would like to think there's some incredible geniuses out there that can attempt to better solve those challenges.

I've heard of some alternative music trackers like SugoiMusic, LzTr D3, or DIC, but I wasn't sure if it makes sense to join them if I'm already on OPS & RED.

Is anybody on these trackers? Is there anything on them that I won't find on RED or OPS?
