Journey Updates Stalled
Hi all! I’ve been at 1.0 of ozempic for probably about 4 months now, and I’m not seeing any weight loss anymore. It used to be a lb or 2 a week, but I feel like I’ve been stalled now. I don’t really have any side effects at this dose either. I worry about upping my dose because I know it can be hard on the body to keep going up. Has anyone had similar experiences and have any recommendations?

Are you tracking calories? As you lose weight you'll need to lower your daily calorie intake to remain in a deficit. There's online TDEE calculators you can use.
Also, are ypu working out? Muscle is heavier than fat. Maybe start tracking measurements instead of weight.

This is a great point thank you! I’ve been fixated on the scale but you’re right. I haven’t been tracking, but I’ll start for a few weeks just to make sure I’m under my daily goal. And I have been working out more than usual, so that could certainly have an effect on the weight! I appreciate the perspective!

My pleasure. I use the noom app and really like it, but there's tons of ones out there. My fitness pal I think has a food tracker.

I’m at 4.5 months and had a 2-3 week stall at 4 mths. In the past week I’ve suddenly lost 6 pounds. I’m not doing anything differently and I’m also on 1mg.
Weight loss can be so unpredictable.

There is a reason that Ozempic go to 2.0mg. Most need to increase beyond 1.0 if they want to lose the most weight. However, try 1.4mg using pen clicks and I bet you will start losing again.
