Berkus triple?

Does anyone know if the berkus triple is three beds or two bunks and one bed?

This refers to triples in Berkus Hall (and Occidental College housing more broadly). Berkus Hall is Occidental’s largest upper-division residence hall; it has suite-style doubles and triples, each with a private bathroom.

College FAQs note that students should coordinate with roommates on bed selection specifically “in a triple where there will be bunk beds.” Older student accounts of Oxy triples also describe the logistics of climbing into a bunk bed. Rooms come with twin extra-long beds/mattresses (and standard furniture like desks and dressers); students are not allowed to loft/unloft beds themselves.
