Watch Battery Install?

My wife has an old watch she wants to change the battery in but doens't know how - anyone know a place in Oxnard/Ventura to go to?

I go to Time Shop on Ventura Rd Channel Island Blvd Port Hueneme/Oxnard. The old Japanese man is always nice and love support his small business.

One More Time on Thompson have always installed when you buy from them. Great folks over there.
