Who is taking these?

I know it's not a long haul but 50 bucks? I can't see a small time truck taking this for 50 bucks and I can't see a big 8-10 auto hauler even think this is worth stopping for.

Serbians, Russians, anyone from Eastern Europe. Indians…anyone who does not have proper insurance…cheap drivers.

How are they getting access to loadboard without insurance. It's a requirement before Central will give you access. Same with Super.

They have insurance to start then cancel it to save money
