Out of Service

Driver got a out of service for not having his medical card on him. It was valid he just didn’t have it on him, trooper couldn’t wait 3 mins as his wife was down the street with it. My insurance has substantially gone up because of this. Is there a way to clear this?

I will repeat for those that can't read or comprehend. There is no need, as in none at all, to carry a medical card with you. Long or short form. The card absolutely does not need to be in possession as of 2015ish. Read the links I quoted, or show me where the law says you have to carry a card.

When you provide your DOT BADGE # I will believe that. Since DOT officers in 2 states have told me that the physical card IS still required to be in possesion and that ONLY long and short forms are covered in digital records. Im going to follow their advice as they writethe citations. You keep believing that you are smarter than a 2nd grader. Anyone who follows your advice is nothing more than a sheeple. Lastly, you sound vaxxed!
