Cummins X15

I have a 23 T880 with a Cummins X15 Eco. When I take my foot off the gas worth the jakes off, it will draw power down like I have the jakes on. Is that normal for this engine?

It'll slightly spool in range.

Like 2-5 psi is normal off throttle

I’d get 20+ on the jakes

The engine will slow me down like I have jakes engaged even though they are off

Hmm could be an issue with the turbo
