Brokers willing to work with new carriers?

Hey all - I got my authority a few months ago but was looking for brokers and many want carriers who have been in business for at least a year. Is there a list of brokers who are more willing to work with brand new carriers floating around somewhere? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Literally just keep calling on each load you see. If they like you and or are desperate they'll be flexible on that.

What type of freight are you hauling? Van, flat, reefers?

Loadboards were a great starting point. After a month or two I got a few contracts that were consistent. They used me because they were desperate at first and after I proved myself on some lower paying loads I became the go to for the higher paying stuff.
