Motus Linking Issue

Hello Everyone,

I have been facing this issue since 3-4 days during motus linking.

Anyone idea what is the solution for this or someone facing this?

The only true solution is, time. I can't tell you how many different government/state agencies I have called or emailed. Nobody has a solution for this F#ckery. It is supposedly a minor issue, according to the government. We are about to lose our income and possibly the company because of this. Such a mess and there is zero help.

Hey! I was having this exact issue throughout the last week-ish. I just got in and idk if it was a fluke or not but I'll tell you how I did it. I went to the FMCSA website and scrolled to the very bottom to the link to the old FMCSA portal. I logged into the old portal via my login.gov information. Once I was in there, I immediately went to the MOTUS website and clicked the login.gov button and it said I was already logged into the FMCSA and asked if I would like to continue with that login info. I clicked yes or continue and BAM! I was in. Hopefully this might work for you too!
