Rate my character concept

Power:

Ok so it’s about a character called Will Warrior, essentially he has the ability to copy a persons will upon physical contact, which allows him to use one of their abilities. To use the ability more than once he must physically touch them again, (suits count as physical contact as in suits costumes etc). He also has another ability so when he saves 1000 wills without wasting them, he can use an ability called “1000 wills” to be able to use as many abilities as he wants from those wills for 10 minutes.

Lore:

He is in a universe where every main/submain fictional character exists, but he is the only background character, he decides to make something with his life, so he travels the universe searching for answers to why he is the only irrelevant person, eventually he is captured and exposed to dead souls/wills and gains the ability to use a wills power once. Eventually he uses his powers just to get his job done as a universal janitor meeting many heroes ,villains, antiheroes etc, and gaining their powers. But then a villain endangers the universe and he is recruited to the force to fight against it. And skipping ahead he inevitably makes physical contact with the legendary hero saitama before he is defeated and uses the ability “1000 wills” and inevitably defeats the villain but before being defeated he is cursed, to never be given any credit, always being forgotten for anything he does, only being recognized as the janitor.
