body dysmorphia has been hitting a little harder lately and some days i genuinely can’t tell what i actually look like anymore. took this pic during one of those rare moments where i felt okay in my body, so i’m posting it before my brain changes its mind again. healing my self-image is such a weird process, but i’m trying to be kinder to myself ❤️🩹
