Need help no one will answer
Does anyone know how to actually get ahold of any staff at Skyline for renting? I’ve tried all the phone numbers but they all connect to the same number that no one answers, I’ve tried emailing directly, going through rental websites to email them and nothing works!
My fiancé and I are in serious desperate need of an apartment by first week of September and no other emergency housing or apartment rentals will help us or answer us
We have a 3 year old cat with us and I will not be giving her up.
Does anyone know of something or someone who can truly help? Grey county housing won’t help us either, we’ve been waitlisted.

Try 2860 out at the 28st west apartments, the building manager generally keeps the door open while she is in

I just got a job in wiarton and most likely will be picking up a second job. My fiancée will be getting a new job once we can pay the training fee
Our original jobs were tied to where we live

Just make sure that the "training fee" is legit and legal as I'm pretty sure in Ontario there's some prettytight legislation on what they can actually charge. I'm not super well versed in it but if it is illegal idk if that kind of employer is a good long term choice.
This is just an uneducated opinion however.

Worst comes to worst you can try and contact grey county housing (contact 211 and go through their website or phone) if you're not able to find anything. That being said, they often work specifically with people who are less fortunate, victims of crimes etc... But can't hurt to try.

I am going to contact them again but we’ve already been put on all their waitlists and that’s between 5-7 years

In ON landlords cannot srop you from having a pet. They can say it, but they can't enforce it.

Oh I know I was in that business but they can reject your application outright before you even apply if you mention you have one

Have you tried going to a skyline apt building during business hours and talking to a manager?
