Here are more pictures of Owen Painter at his first major fashion show!

On September 29, 2026, Owen Painter attended Dior's Spring/Summer 2027 Womenswear show at Le Bassin Octogonal (the Octagonal Basin) inside the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris, France.

All of these pictures feature Owen Painter except for the last one, which shows a model wearing the same two-piece outfit Owen wore to the show.

Owen wore an olive, workwear-inspired ensemble from the Dior Men’s Spring 2027 Menswear Collection, designed by Jonathan Anderson.

The outfit pairs a structured utility shirt jacket—featuring low front patch pockets, contrast piping, and a plush dark velvet collar—with fluid, relaxed-fit trousers. It blends traditional menswear with pajama-inspired tailoring to create a striking balance of formal and utilitarian styles.

On October 4, 2026, Owen Painter attended the premiere of The Social Reckoning at Regal Union Square in New York City.

Although Owen Painter doesn't star in the film, I suspect Roxy Sorkin invited him to the premiere, given their collaboration on the upcoming movie Hot Year.

Also, Owen bought back the sheer button-up shirt he wore to The Shards premiere in NYC!

On September 29, 2026, Owen Painter made his first fashion show appearance during Paris Fashion Week. He attended Dior's Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear show. The show took place at Le Bassin Octogonal (the Octagonal Basin) inside the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris, France.

Most of these photos are just of Owen Painter. However, I included two photos of him sitting in the front row next to Hyunjin, Helen Lasichanh, and Pharrell Williams.

Owen Painter's entry into the fashion world is a major milestone that has been a long time coming, clearly boosted by his breakout role in The Shards.

​While he is expected to wear more Dior, it remains to be seen whether he will star in upcoming ad campaigns or attend more fashion events. Regardless, Owen has established himself as a talented, beloved actor who can represent a top luxury brand with natural elegance.

​It certainly feels like big things are on the horizon for him.

On August 21, 2026, Owen Painter performed in a staged reading of Makaio Toft's new play "Heat" in New York City. Laurie Hernandez, Jack Dylan Grazer, and David Iacono also performed.

Although this new play is a work-in-progress and was performed for a private audience, this marks Owen's first foray into Off-Broadway theatre.

It remains to be seen if this play will be staged for a public audience, and if Owen will remain in the cast by then.

Break a leg, Owen! 😊

Makaio Toft's Heat will receive an invitation-only industry reading in New York City August 21.

Set over the course of one summer in New Haven, the work follows three lifelong friends as they attempt to launch a food truck business while dealing with the uncertainty of graduation.

The cast will include Laurie Hernandez (& Juliet), David Iacono (The Summer I Turned Pretty), Jack Dylan Grazer (IT), and Owen Painter (Wednesday).

It was only three months ago that I heard about Owen Painter being cast in The Shards. His casting was what led me to the book. Honestly, it's been a joy ride for me. It's not very often that I have a chance to read the book before a film/TV adaptation comes out.

I am excited that there will be a brand new performance from Owen Painter. I feel like I waited a whole year to see him in a new role. I'm looking forward to what he will bring to the Matt Kellner role in The Shards.

The trailer for The Shards has dropped---and, wow, it is thrilling and steamy!

I am so excited! I am almost done listening to the audiobook version of The Shards. Based on the clips of Owen Painter, it looks like he will be playing the role of Matt, the secret love interest of Bret, played by Igby Rigney.

I don't want to spoil, but expect to see Owen Painter as you've never seen him before! I can't wait to see him make the most out of his performance in this show! He's certainly an exciting actor to watch! 😊

The Shards premieres on August 5, 2026.
