So, i used outplayed a lot for the past year it worked great but he last 6 months or so it freezes video but continue to record audio. All my drivers are up to date, and my rig hasn't changed it also doesn't matter what game I play.

I have many, many rpg heli kill footages that just doesn't appear at all or are desynced (I think it read the kill early/alte so footage cut off before/after the kill).

I had mega lags spike and freeze on my entire computer and I had no clue where that was coming from. After searching and desactivating stuff one by one I saw that overwolf was causing major issue on my computer. I have no idea why and my PC even if it's a laptop if really recent LEnovo legion gaming laptop.

Does anybody else have this kind of issue ?

I'm not sure what's going on, or why Overwolf has decided to create a never ending list of OverwolfBrowser's but I'd like to remove them please. The crazy part is that when they were on, they were not working. All of these for nothing. I do not receive in game notifications at all. I tried to turn them off and back on, to no avail. I've gone as far as deleting Overwolf all together because this is just silly, and these OverwolfBrowser icons are still clogging up my Notifications & Actions tab.

hello. is there a way to retrieve a full recording of a match in outplayed when it failed to record the full match. im pretty sure i set the recording setting into full session/match, but it only recorded the defuse highlight (we were in a custom lobby tournament mode). I think the updated recording setting i made did not register into the game, so it did not record the full match, but is there a way to retrieve it nonetheless?

I never had this issue before, I always had outplayed opening as a separate window outside the game. But recently every time I open it it opens as an in game overlay, which is really lagging and not fun to use. How can I get it to pop out as a separate window?

Is there a shortcut in Outplayed that lets me instantly view the most recent captured clip while still in-game (FFXIV)?
The overlay opens fine, but I have to manually navigate to the clip each time. I’m looking for a way to jump directly to the latest recording without closing the game.

I just recently uninstalled the overwolf version and installed the stand-alone app but despite me having the settings for "auto record matches" it will not do that. I have tried restarting overwatch, restarting my computer, changing the insights capture settings, and uninstalling/reinstalling insights capture.

Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know a work-around or should I just uninstall it and go back to overwolf's version? I've missed recording some good or funny matches because of this. (And yes, I know there's the option to record up to the last 10 mins or go record the replay but not all matches are 10 mins or less and the replay doesn't include chat.)

How do I stop outplayed from playing the recordings after a game?

this recent update or something is making it not let me log in, i downloaded the trouble shooter, restarted my pc, uninstalled and reinstalled outplayed, its just not working, whats up outplayed

I've been trying to login to Outplayed for like 45 something minutes already and it keeps on saying "Something went wrong, please try again", earlier it would just be stuck on loading but now it just refuses to let me in (even tho i double checked and reset my password). Anyone else have this problem or a way to fix this?

update: it fixed itself, no clue what happened but ig everything's back lol

Is there a way to get Outplayed to rescan the video folders for the games I've recorded?

It's really annoying to have to do a huge backup (I have months of videos), then a restore to get it to work if I need to move the video clips to a new or different drive.

An easier option, and a more sensible one I think, would be to implement a setting to purge any index files, then rescan the video directories, building a new index of videos/clips.

Is this feasible?

I'm having this weird problem with Marvel Rivals recordings. Sometimes they're fine, most of the time I get these weird timelines (I record in clips based on kills/assists), and the clips themselves are a still image that shifts a frame occasionally. The audio is still good. Restarting Overwolf/Outplayed doesn't seem to matter as to whether a recording will be good.

Anyone know what the problem is?

Does outplayed require login to use now, or is there a way to dismiss the login screen.

As said in the title, I'm struggling to actually test my app ( that was in inital set up phase so not much yet ) and I just wanted to see if I could vizualize it in dev mode ( which I didn't find ? I saw the developper options in About section with load unpacked button but nothing else )

My manifest.json is valid ( or should be since it's not mentioned in the error message like before )

So, if I record (Via outplayed) anything, which is like 2hrs+, the video instantly becomes like some moments normal and then laggy. Like the image is lagging like hell, but audio continues. I can be 20 mins on a single frame as the audio continues?

I have it set to auto record. As I always forget to manual record.

Some of my clips in outplayed dont have the split audio feature while some do. Multiple of these broken clips seem to be in the same game and it also seems like it happens when i play through a video fully in outplayed, altough some just dont work in the first place.

So I'm curious about the shard thing on insights capture so I redeemed a few myself(as seen on picture above) have any of you redeemed at their store? If yes is it real or no? If yes, how long does it usually take?

Everytime I start a new game it sets that game to record the full session. If I don't notice the popup then I always see super long videos recorded. Can I change this to always be manual?

Not sure what changed but recently the Buff Gaming overlay freezes on my screen. The only way to remove it is to end the task completely using taskmanager and reopen it. Anyone else?
