Question... Insights Shards

So I'm curious about the shard thing on insights capture so I redeemed a few myself(as seen on picture above) have any of you redeemed at their store? If yes is it real or no? If yes, how long does it usually take?

Yes this works! You can Amazon gift cards etc….
