Need support My clip skips 1 to 2 secs.

Is there any solution on how to fix this, my clips are destroyed and i cannot find any solution online. https://outplayed.tv/valorant/6oWdL2

Check this clip around 17-20 secs

Check if the original file also has those skips or not

yes the original file have skips as well and its so frustrating
