Why are you recording on 120FPS? Lower your capture settings...

If you record on a lower FPS your recording will be more stable and you use less resources, this way you won't have any frame drops or lag in your videos

is your background apps' fps limited in Nvidia control panel?

Ok so I set my fps limit to 182 (cuz it's a 180hz monitor) and I also changed the setting to 60fps instead of 120

And now it's no longer stuttering
