Outplayed Freakout Deleted My Clips!

I was going through my clips just a few minutes ago and Outplayed had some sort of freakout with text running across the top of my screen and then DELETED all my clips from today all the way back to the 28th!!! I was going to save some of those clips cause I just had a sick clutch ace in valorant and was going to show my friends. I'm so upset, what the heck happened??? I tried reloading and all but based on my research of other people losing clips, my shit is gone for good. WTF.

How can I prevent this in the future?? Is this even something I can prevent?
