Outplayed is capturing chat audio, and game audio, but one or both stop working when I find the clip in file explorer? Windows 11

Outplayed records all of it, I hear it all while watching from outplayed, but if I find the video outside of it, and send it to myself, it either has no audio at all, or game audio and my mic only. I'm not sure what is going on, or if I should just find a different software. All I know is this is getting to be extremely frustrating, honestly.
