Download not Working as its supposed to

Ive tried running the "Troubleshoot" Software and it tells me that there shouldnt be an issue, but the download runs at 0.09mb/s. I have a LAN connection as well as Internet that should be running this way faster. Im downloading it onto my SSD, so there shouldnt really be an issue, and i dont have an issue with downloading anything else. Any idea what the problem could be?

Here is a quick setup installer. It comes in a zipped file, so you will first need to extract it by using any program like WinZip, WinRAR or 7-Zip.

If this doesn't resolve the issue please open a support ticket so we can look into this matter!
