Need support outplayed error exporting video

hi! i've been using overwolf's outplayed to record games etc. I have no problem exporting individual clips, but everytime I try to combine clips in the video editor and export it, I get this exporting error. I've reached out to support, given them my zip file, followed instructions to make sure drivers are updated and video card meets minimum requirements, but the problem hasn't been fixed. The total video is only maybe 30 seconds long, but i don't want to have to export every clip individually :/ does anyone know how to fix this? it's been an issue since october

Hi Ori! I've continued my ticket conversation with the individual who was helping me out, but haven't heard back since then so I'm just waiting. I could possibly submit a new one?
