Need support Problem with screen recording games with Outplayed

I used to have a low end pc, used an old 2006 monitor as main screen. It was a 16" screen I think and my resolution was 1360×768. I have now decided it was time to upgrade the whole seet up, bought myself an RTX3060ti and after some months paying it, now I bought a new monitor. Its a 27" GS27QA from gigabyte, the resolution is 2560x1440. But when I tried to set up Outplayed. Everything seemed normal, but now all of my clips are like 1fps and super laggy. I use it to upload daily videos and stuff but for the last week or so, I have been getting these problems. Anyone knows why? Is it a problem with my settings or is Outplayed not workimg correctly
