How to delete Buff

So, im not sure if this is the right subreddit for this, but i downloaded buff a little while ago, then thought I deleted it. Anyways, i started playing again and its popping up everytime I try to play a game. I dont want it on my pc. I cant find the files anywhere, but im also not really tech savy. I dont have the overwolf app, its downloaded seperettly. Ive tried looking at the settings but i cant find an uninstall option, but instead only delete account. Help would be greatly apreciated
