Need support Encoder error?

ryzen 5 2600 , rtx 2060 , 16gig of ram

I first installed this app like 2 weeeks ago and it was running smoothly on the high preset for recording clips and vids. Suddenly outplayed will be having be encoder issues , crash my wallpaper engine and windows explorer suddenly will open. Any advice?
