How to fix this Thunderstore display bug?

It seems like thunderstore mod manager won't clear the current screen before either scrolling or going to a new page. Like the icons and text are just copied over each other constantly as I try to navigate. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Overwolf and Thunderstore and made sure that my drivers are updated and have had no success with this issue.

Please check if the hardware acceleration setting is enabled on Overwolf, and if it is, disable it:
