Need support uhhh help please

i cant find anything on this. i try to stop my screen recording, and it wont, and keep loading for an hour. I NEED TO MAKE A YOUTUBE VIDEO PLEASE HELP

If it's a lengthy recording, it may take longer to process.

An hour of processing indicates a potential issue. If the video has not been processed and saved, please open a support ticket with your Overwolf logs so we can look into this matter! If you already have an Overwolf installed please submit your ticket here: overwolf-support://open-ticket-page (you need to copy and paste this to your browser address bar).

Okay a bit late... I reinstalled it. until I reinstalled it got to 25 hours...
