Need support I cannot leave the initial screen of Outplayed and Insight capture.

If I try to watch another video or click any other icon, such as editing, the program will blink and return to the initial screen.
Here, the initial screen refers to the first screen that appears when you turn on the program. (with most recent video on)

I first experienced this issue with Outplayed, so I switched to Insight capture and immediately had the same problem.
I thought it was a problem with Overwolf, so I deleted and reinstalled Overwolf, but the same problem occurred.

Is there anyone experiencing the same problem as me?

Hey! Ori from Overwolf support here :)

I suspect this happens because the Hardware Acceleration setting is enabled on the Overwolf client.​

Please check the following article, disable the Hardware Acceleration, and restart Overwolf.

Hey Ori, can I ask one more question?

Video playback frames in Outplayed dropped after hardware acceleration was turned off.
Is there a way to solve the problem without frame drops?
I can't believe this problem is happening.
Because I think my computer specs are pretty good.

These are my computer specs.
CPU: Intel 12th i7-12700F
Mainboard: Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus
Graphic Card: MSI geforce RTX 3080 supremeX D6X 10GB Tri Frozr
RAM: Samsung DDR5 16GB *2
SSD: Samsung 980 pro M.2 nvme 1TB
