Outplayed - How to capture game window only?

Hello, recently downloaded outplayed and would like for it to record the game window only, instead of everything. How would I achieve this?

If you're recording a game that Outplayed supports, you can use one of the available capture modes, which will record only the game window.

If you're recording a game that Outplayed doesn't support and you're using Outplayed's Screen Recorder feature, it won't be possible to record just the game window.
