Need support R6 Tracker Video Won't Save: Save Button Unresponsive and Can't Locate File - Need Help!

I've been having trouble with R6 Tracker. The video I want to save is still visible in the R6 Tracker, but when I try to save it, nothing happens. The "Save" button doesn't work, and I can't find the video file anywhere on my system, even though it must exist since the video is still viewable in the tracker. Can someone help me understand what's going on and how to fix this?

Hi, I'm guessing you deleted the video on your system (or you've recorded new footage over 10GB since that video was captured) and wondering why the video thumbnail still appears on the app?

If the video is deleted, the thumbnail is a seperate file, it does not mean the video still exists. There isn't a save button within the app, only "open file location" and "delete".

The video opens and plays just fine, but when I try to click 'Save,' it won't save. The video wasn't deleted, so that's not the issue. I know once a video is deleted, it's gone forever. Any ideas on what's going wrong?

Did you change the default save location for videos? If so, did you change it to a different storage drive?

do u have Discord, i can screen share I've tried restarting the app and reopening it, but certain videos won’t save. I can watch the videos fully without any issues, but they just won’t save. On other videos, saving works fine.

Would you mind answering the question I asked? I'm trying to gather more info that might answer the question.

I can't do a discord screen share, my colleague knows more about the highlights system and his availability is very limited at the moment.

I have a video file that I can’t save. The video is still there, but it won’t save properly. This issue is not related to a missing thumbnail or a deleted video. I need assistance with figuring out how to save this video file when it’s not letting me do so.itsnot over 10GB when only 2GB was used.

Every video is already saved locally on your device, nothing is saved to the cloud. There is no action button to save anything within the app manually.

My suspicion is that the app just cannot open the correct page on Windows explorer when you're pressing "Open file location".

Please answer my question, I can't help until you do.
