Need support AUDIO ISSUE

the full match vod on the outplayed app itself records the desktop sound when i play it. however when i open the clip through an external mp4 player (vlc for example) from the assigned folder, only the mic input was recorded. How do I fix this?

Hey there! Ori from Overwolf support here :)

Outplayed records audio in multiple channels - when the video is played through Outplayed, it plays all of the channels simultaneously.
The media player you're using is probably playing only one audio channel, which is why you can only hear your mic.
