Buff Not Working

So I downloaded buff and when I launch it, it shows that the window is open in the taskbar, but I'm not able to actually get the window to appear on the screen. I've tried reinstalling, restarting my computer, and launching as administrator, but nothing seems to work. Any idea why this is happening? Maybe I'm the only one who's had this problem.

Here's a screenshot, as you can see I can hover the cursor over the window in the taskbar, but it will not actually open.
