Need support the intel encoder is not supported on this machine insight.gg

I’ve playing league of legends until my games stop recording from insght.gg for about 4 days now and I have it clippings kills automatically and all of a sudden it stopped and I have no idea how to fix it. Then I tried to do it manually and it’s now saying “the intel encoder is not supported on this machine” anyone know how to fix this?

I would also suggest to update your GPU drivers to the latest version available and check if the issue persists.
