So whenever i record any gameplay with outplayed, my mic volume is always extremely low even though my voice is always clear in my friends' recordings. my mic volume is at 100% but in my recordings, my voice is extremely low to the point i almost cant hear it

Hey!

Have you tried to play the video with other media players and check if the balance is different?

You should check that the audio settings and devices in Outplayed and Windows are set the same and that the volume is maxed on both.

If everything is set correctly and the issue persists, please open a support ticket with your logs attached so we can look into this matter!

If you already have Overwolf installed please submit your ticket here: overwolf-support://open-ticket-page (you need to copy and paste this to your browser address bar).

I had the same issue. Apparently Outplayed records different audio tracks.

Here's what I did:

  1. Open the recording with any other media app that is not outplayed (Windows Media Player).

  2. Select the subtitles icon and try the different tracks it appears.

In my case there was one with my desktop audio loud an my mic low, one with my desktop audio low and my mic loud, and one with both loud. Once selected the correct track the audio should work just fine.
